    I use the command when configuring my lab routers to redirect dhcp requests to my linux dhcp server. That should also resolve your issue with folders not being shared.

    I have seen issues where sometimes their Group Authentication parameters are incorrect. I would check their profiles in the vpn client to make sure they match the settings on the concentrator. I would also check the IAS logs (if that's what your using) on the windows side for any messages.

    Another option would be to buy a switch that supports layer 3 vlans, where you can assign ip address to a vlan. Cisco, HP and Extreme are to vendors that I know support that feature. That way you will not need a router and can forward traffic between to the two vlans.
