    Yes they r logged in but they press the supervisor key(ASP key) but they cannot take the call it remains ringing :(

    I tried that the supervisor press the call agent key followed by agent position id, but the problem that the supervisor key on agent set is ringing but the agent cannot answer the call?

    Agent Digital sets on CC6 going into "NotReadyState" and CallWait to 0

    Hi Agent 3905 digital sets go into "not ready" without any user intervention,, the supervisor then looks at the rtd and they see that the agent is in "Not Ready" and the CallsWaiting fall down to 0 and the agent then looks at the phone set and see's the Not ready key has been activated!! Any ideas

    Hi From time to time I have a supervisor inform me that the agent name fields in the real time display read *unknown*. As well as CallsWaiting,Answered,abandoned billboards.... display "Unknown" or "element not available" Does anybody have an idea as to why this happens? Thanks
