I have a customer that just spend a ton of money on a new telephone line.... and didn't realize they needed to wire it into the Nortel. I have some experience with pbxes but limited of the Nortel. 1140e/1120 remote factory reset
If you have SSH enabled on the phone you can run reset2factory (I think is the command).- DarkDrgn
