I have a site that when an external caller is placed on hold, the MOH "skips" and starts over at about the 5 sec mark. The MOH.wav file has been replaced several times, and when listened to as just a .wav file, it sounds good. This is a CM 7.1.3
Yes they are. And the strange thing is this is an open seat call center, the issue follows several people around. My suspicion is that the users are "playing around" with the mic gain and creating their own issue.
