I have an IP Office 9.1 with Embedded Voicemail. I am having a ton of cut off voicemail's when the voicemail is being forwarded to another extension. I have formatted the SD card. That did not work. I did a dongle Swap (new sd card) that did not work. We have done several upgrades. nothing...
after playing with it at the office. I found that you have to use ARS. when you access a trunk directly the emergency feature is bypassed. if anyone finds away this and has made it work by using direct truck I am still interested in knowing how.
I am trying to get Emergency calls sent via email. My IP Office is at a R9 and I have Voice Mail Pro. Voice Mail to email works fine when leaving a message at an Extn. why will it not work on system events?
Has anyone attempted or succeeded tying and nec sva8100 and an Avaya IP office together using SIP lines. I am strictly an avaya guy. I know nothing about the NEC systems and have been asked to look into this
Thanks. I got syslog working. I guess my bigger question is. when a call is made to 911 can I show how alter the 911 info so the 911 dispatcher can see a room # or extn #
IP Office R9 W/ voicemail Pro. Is it possible to have extension numbers sent when a 911 call is made. My second question is, does anyone know of a good free version of syslog server that does not have an expiration date so I can continue logging the 911 calls
I am looking for the setting for voicemail pro when using gmail. Mail Domain, mail server and port #. DO you have to check or uncheck the SRA? Please remember I am not an IT guy.
