    are you setting up private lines for each user or do you want all calls to dump into ext 10 vm? will you be staffing a receptionist who will tranfer calls during the day. What about at night?

    from ext 10 or 11 Dial Feature 00 left int 2x (system program) press #505 then press 7 enter 78 for ext press 1 to assign press next data button (its location is shown on avaya provided overlay) press 1 to assign ext 79 then press #507 this will allow you to set when the auto attendant answers...

    It sounds like you haven't set up the voicemail. What type of vm are you using?

    Yes that is working correctly when outside callers dial "0" off the night attendant it routes to 9991 but when outside callers dial 100 to leave the operator a personal message vm never answers it just rings open
