I have some phones that when they go through automated systems and enter data on phone keypad, the numbers do nothing when digits are pressed. is there something in CLS or way phone is set up? only certain acd phones.

no, i ended up creating an app in app builder to use the thru dial but problem now is callpilot does not have feature turned on to dial by name ....keep getting error msg
