Most CID I see has 10 digits as well. I find the call in call logs, press my trunk access code (9), dial 1, then push the button next to the number in the call log.
Putting the 0 in would be only for a test. The transfer action should let you transfer the call almost anywhere you want. It sounds like there is a conflict somewhere with 111.
Temporary work-around, until you find the real issue, make another shortcode for the second AA.
The freezing issue has been fixed in 8.0.43 (I have several of them out there, and have not been locking up since the upgrade from earlier 8.0's- just make sure the sets get the new firmware from Manager after the upgrade)
8.0.44 is the newest R8, and that fixes the gain settings on ATM Trunks...
How about looping an unused ext port to an unused line port. Set the looped ext in the selector code transfer. Then make phones ring immediate/delayed/no ring accordingly...?? Might work...
Not too sure with out trying on a system, but I am under the impression that you should be able to set a selector code to ring calling group 1 by assigning it to ext 71.
You will want to have the entries just as you had them above, 1800, 1877, etc... Make sure to use the "Enter" button after each list entry and assign the list #408.
I heard that the Remote Audix VM should be returned to IP Office R 8.1..??
I hope the source of this rumor is correct. If not, I bet enough squeaky wheels could get it done by R 9.
Voice mail type is Remote Audix- destination is your Q-sig/IP line number.
Audix UDP # is the VM access hunt group for the CM/Definity.
Short Code for VM Collect (?U) needs to be same line group as the Q-sig/IP line.
Is all you need in IP Office. Further configuration on CM/Definity should...
How about user short codes for each restricted user:
N
Barred
Blocked
(to keep from outbound on Lines)
9N
Barred
Blocked
(To keep from outbound on CA)
911
Dial
911
(to allow 911 on Lines)
I have not been able to get Bogen's door phone to play nice with Partner. I can get the alert to occur, however no talk path. The only luck that I have had is with the Avaya door phone (not sure what the difference is, but that's how it is. Avaya's door phone is more expensive too.)
Depending on the frequency of these "large" conferences, you may want to check out some third party conf bridge services. Parties wishing to be involved in the conference would dial an 800# and enter a conf ID# and be connected to the conf. This will cost a monthly fee. Also, hosting conferences...
