Some stations are not routing correctly when using the system speed dial with a TAC on our IP tie line and some are. The display reads the correct number, but it's not routing to that number. Anybody have any suggestions?

Yes, call waiting is an option available to a business. "Call Waiting" probably wasn't the best word to use for this tread...I'm really looking for a faint sound to be audible in the receiver when on an active call, along with the line appearance flashing.
Yes, you are right curlycord, tone is provided by the carrier. Maybe I worded that wrong.....
Is there a way to program the phone so that a "whisper tone" is heard in the receiver when you are on a call? Currently, that doesn't happen and only the line appearance button lights up. THANKS!!!
Does anybody know how to program a call waiting tone? When user is on an active call the user would like a tone to sound on the receiver when another call comes in.
