Mitel 5000. Receptionist has digital phone and an analog cordless phone. She wants to be able to answer calls from the analog cordless (ext off of the SL port) and be able to transfer the calls to the correct destination. She doesn't like the Mitel Cordless phone due to size.

If memory serves me correctly, I think I finally left it on baud rate 2400 since that is the minimum requirement... We are going today to try hyperterminal.

I have tried to dl a .wav file to use on the embedded MOH but can not seem to get it to work no matter what I try. Any suggestions on how to get some sort of tone, music or anything to play while being placed on hold.

Is anyone familiar with how to set up multiple zone paging on the Mitel 3300? We are only able to program 1 zone but the system itselt says that it is capable of handling up to 15 zones? Thanks,
