I've been getting the same thing since I moved VMPro to a different server.

Anyone know where I can get a copy of the IP Office SDK (Software Developers Kit). I have the CTI Link Pro license but no software or samples to go along with it.

I modified the existing C++ code from the SDK to pass the ANI or Caller-ID to a simple VB module using the command line. The C++ app (TSAPIIN.exe) launches the VB app (ANILookup.exe) and does a screen-pop in MSAccess. Simple but effective and all the coding is in VB so its easy to work with.

I'm working on the same thing, what are you using to develope this app?
