    Is there a way to find out what time a user logs in to or out of their phone and/or workgroup queue? Via report or through Agent Monitor?

    I tried all of that. Didn't work. I did resolve the problem though by downloading the ocx files from the server directly and used regserv32 register them. The files were http://servername/shorewaredirector/twentyfour7.ocx and voicemessage.ocx. Thanks

    I have a user with Call Manager 7.5. When trying to modifiy workgroups, it tries to install an activex control. I allow the activex but it kicks me out to relogin and this cycle repeats. User had administrative rights. Any thoughts?

    OK the T1 was a phone link for inter office communication. Not an incomming T1 from the CO. We are using an adtran to split the data and voice. That line no longer needs phone traffic. Our vocie traffic to that site is now VOIP. I want to diable the card and move the clock controller to another...
