    Thx folks. It turns out that the company that we purchased our phone system from really has no idea what they are doing. They advised us that we had purchased everything that we need, well turns out that the did not provide a Advanced Networking License. Thanks to all that replied.

    I agree. The short codes above do work if a user in Canada tries to log with a user on the Canadian phone system. I am looking for a way of sending that *35 short code to a remote system.
