fyi, the ext/line copy will copy the lines but the new ext will default for those lines to ring even if they weren't set to ring on ext you copied. still have to go into cntr prog of new ext and turn line ringing off if desired.

take co #1 off system and put butt set on monitor. after first ring you should here the caller id signal coming thru. never trust a provider. if you dont hear the signal ask for vendor meet.
