    Yes, group B is our inbound call center fielding 1k calls per day. That group has queuing turned on. I'm wondering if I need to turn on group A queueing in order for the call to wait for a member of group B to answer?? I'll try monitor as well.

    Pepp, you were right. If the codecs are in the wrong order, you will get that error. You do have to choose custom, and put the same codecs in, with the same order. Thanks for the help.

    IPO v9.1.10.0 I have a 5 site SCN, with one IPO acting as the central, with 4 IP Office Proprietary SCN lines to each branch. At some of the branches, additional IPO SCN lines have appeared with 0.0.0.0 IP addresses. I didn't create these lines. Is this normal?
