Unable to login in RDS Session management its showing Connection to sever failed!
Actually want to do live trace by using real time diagnostic so Please let me know what need to be done to resolve this issue..

When I connect to the Atlantic LAN using Assistant IP ( https://192.0.2.5 )I can se the login screen but it won't allow me to connect using my "u:engr, p:"Default password" credentials so Please assist on this issue.
Currently we are using hipath 4000 V5 in our premises.
Please let me know how to collect/pull below details from connect or via WEB

1)I checked in this url (https://192.0.2.5/) but not able to find network ip address in this web access management..

I have one standby PC but it's not connected with system. i will ready to use for CDR capturing
if possible please let me know the integration steps ( Hipath & CDR System ).... or any license part involve in...
We dont have any authorized maintainer..
Can We able to collect CDR data any other way ?
