Assuming you haven't changed the pickup groups, F75 (call pickup) will answer a ringing call from any phone. If more than one call is ringing, the one that has been ringing the longest gets picket up first.
You can use multiple DOCs off of one phone, not vice-versa. The DOC only has one strike output. You'll need 2 DOCs if you want to open doors from calls on the 2nd phone.
Why do you need the doorphone on the exit side of the door? Do people need to call someone for permission to exit? If you...
In Element Manager, go to the set properties, assigned DNs. Assign DN221 to the other phones, ring only or appear and ring (the latter will eat up a key).

There was another thread in the Norstar forum that suggested having your AA default to an info mailbox instead, that just says "thank for calling" and hangs up, if you can't get...
Curlycord,
You can try the 2580 # (just substitute your area code).
2622 used to work in the 416/905 as well until a few weeks ago, so I would assume that Bell has changed the numbers system-wide.
I don't have any Bell POTS lines near me to test, but if that is the new Bell ANAC it should...
