You are right Kyle, I figured this out and created an admin user in the LDAP and made that user part of the admin group and I succeeded to login.

I have deployed the AADS 7.1.0.1 successfully and all the services are up now, however I'm not sure which credential to user in order to access the web thorugh the following link: https://<AADS IP>:8445/admin I'm trying the CLI credentials but it's not working. Anybody experienced the same?

When incoming call landed on extension x, and the extension transferred the call to the operator, only the incoming call will be displayed. Operator wants to know who transferred the call to him, in order to segregate between the incoming calls and the transferred calls. Any Idea?

We Have CM 6.2 wit SMGR & ASM 6.3.3 I noticed that the calls initiated by sip users will not reach the h.323 users as long as the extension dialed is already addedd in the ASM, although the off pbx station is configured (I tried OPS and ec500 as well without luck). Any Ideas?
