In what order should you take the ccvp? Here is what I am looking at. I would like to start with Cvoice however; the books are not released yet. So I am not sure if I should start on CIPT or GWGK?
CIPT
CVOICE
GWGK
TUC

If we start to move some exchange users over to 07 will their voice mail still work? I know that Cisco says that 07 is only supported by unity 5.0 but if we leave the 03 online would this help?
For some reason today our attendant console shows every DN in a unknown state. I have restarted the TCD service but that did not fix the problem. any ideas?
Thanks

All I'm after is the support and firmware for the 7921. I dont want all the other phones getting new firmware at this point. I'm guessing I need to install this on pub first then install it on sub?
I have to install a new DevPack in order to use the 7921 phones. Is there anything I need to know about the DevPack install? Any Concerns I should have? (Callman 4.1)

Also,
Can 1 DSP chip cover say 2 VIC2-4FXO cards and say 2 VIC2-FXS? for a total of 16 voice ports?
OR
Can you use a single chip for say 1 conference call and use the last 8 channels for Analog voice ports?
Thanks
How many DSP chips is required if you use channels of a T1 for long distances?
I know you need one DSP chip for 16 analog voice ports. and 1 for 8 transcoding sessions/ or 2 conference calls.
Does the chip for analog voice ports cover the use of channels on a t1?
