Working with a Panasonic NS500 PABX and I am trying to add an MCSLC16 card in slot 07 but I am getting error: [highlight #EF2929]FAULT-UNACC[/highlight] is there anything I need to do, change the card to another slot or it is hardware limitation?

How about configuration is it straight forward and recording/playing the message to callers?
I just need the system to play the recorded message automatically then after hung-up the line.
