    DOMAIN VALIDATION

    It would need to be where your DNS records for your domain are stored. If you host your own DNS then it would be on your servers. If your DNS is hosted by your ISP or by a service such as DynDNS then the change would be made there. Whoever set up your MX record should be able to set up the CNAME.
