How would I go about decommisioning the Voicemail Server and still keep it useable enough for resale? The main thing I am interested in removing is the voicemails left from before.
Also, I would be interested in knowing what information would be useful in going about selling the server...

The situation I am dealing with is this: Calls come into our Customer Service line and they are routed to the first available customer service rep in a round-robin fashion.
