    From what everyone is telling me. I can only do this on a PDN so I set up another DN as a SCN on the phone, created another MB and then just NCF the ACD to the new DN and the light works....It seems the ACD must be a PDN for the light to come on. John

    Correct when we tried that and then go to LD 80 for a trace the line stays idle and does not go active. So we tried RMWK and the same thing happened. Nortel seems to take it with out any SCH codes but it still does not seem to light up. Any suggedtions? thank you

    There are allot of other key steps here, depending how you have the system set up. Is your system sync with an LDAP....then someone may have to add the proper info into the IP Phone field. The Sync can take 6 to 24 hours depending on the size of the system

    LD 23 in the ACD Build after the Queue Size set the IFDN to Busy AENI to Yes Set your RAN Route & Timer Second RAN Route & Timer RTQT Prompt & Treatment to NOT RDT (for not ready) or MSB and you should be good
