Backup/Restore of the Phones. I'm looking for the location of the 9608 backups so I can troubleshoot issues I'm having.
Issues: Phones get stuck at "retrieval in progress" unless I comment out the BR option in settings.
I'm looking for info on my phone backups. Where is this info saved? What...
I'm so confused. Out new IPO is awesome. It was installed last May. Since then, everything has been wonderful except there's issues with our Backup/Restore. If I comment out the BRURI area in my settings file, all my phone work wonderfully.
But - why do I have to do that? When backups/restores...
Since upgrading our 9608 firmware to 6.8.102 we are unable to display the free/busy red lights on any of our SBM24 sidecars. The names are lit, but the free/busy activity is not available (red lights).
Any ideas?
We're using the IPO for backup/restore. I guess some people use a utility server? We don't have anything besides IPO and a V2 chassis.
Anyway, I'm troubleshooting backup/restore issues with our 9608's and I'm getting really frustrated at the number of issues we've had with these phones. How do...
When I go to my 46xx settings file, my SIP domain and all my URL's refer to my IPO local IP address and not the FQDN I'm using. I have phones.company.com as my SIP domain and my certificate is installed by name and is working AOK. I can't figure out where to change this.

When I brose to that URL, I simply...

The phones communicate with IPO using UDP port 1720, it looks these are blocked periodically. Run monitor and select H.323 to observe. A wireshark trace on a mirrored port of a not working IP set may be needed as well.
I have seen funny things happen on Cisco switches in combination with...
Correct. Just phones. The IP OFfice is issuing DHCP.
"that issue are usually caused" - I can't seem to find any other cases of this issue online. Do you know of any other threads I could reference?
They are on the same subnet.
10.80.0.0 /22
Gateway internally for these devices is a Cisco catalyst layer 3 switch.
IP Office is 10.80.0.5
DHCP Range for the phones starts at 10.80.0.100-10.80.2.254
POE is fine, no power issues.
So here is what happens: https://youtu.be/DvcHSYkezV4
Phones are 9608
They are H.323
Firmware is 6.6604
IP Office Server is on Prem (IP Office R10.1.0.3). This happens to about 4-5 phones per day. Usually, 3-4 reboots fix the issue. Shortcodes work fine. Total of 300 phones. Really random...
