Thanks GH... you are about the 4th person who has suggested that I look at out PRI provider. The provider suggested intrusive line testing... which they did over about an 8 hour period and of course, the line was fine. I have not asked them to check other equipment on their end... I will do that...

I have had complaints from 4 employees thus far complaining that on long calls, 30 minutes or more, the distant party can no longer hear them but they are able to hear the distant party. The call must be dropped and re-established to resume 2 way communication.
