How much memory is avalable on the host PC? Sounds like the host PC is running low on memory and is swaping to the hard drive, slowing down the UCA.

Check the switch port. It must be setup as data only for the Windows server. Some better network cards will pick up the dhcp request coming from the voice vlan if the port is setup as tagged voice, untagged data, even if the server only has an address on the data side.

We found that if we changed the IP address from default, then the E2T would not boot using dhcp. If we put in a static address then it would be ok. This was on 2 new MXe 3 servers. Non expanded.
