    Linking Realitis via euro to an ACD system management tool

    Hi, I have a realitis DX on Ver6.2 and am using dli cards to link the system to a third party ACD system. In theory this is fairly simple but how do I pass calls to the back office on the realitis. Presumably this can be done by dialling a number from the ACD system. Any help would be great! Ninem
