Any way to find out when TN was last utilized?

You can tell when it was last changed in programming, but unless you have a call detail system, it would be difficult to determine when it was last utilized. You can look for disabled digital sets in LD 20 by performing the LDIS LLL SS command (LL being the loop number, SS being the shelf number).

    10-DIGIT-DIALING

So the error is: ESN0072 NPA, NXX, etc., specified, already exists. Action: Severity: Info. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: No You need to print your NPA/NXX/SPN to see where that might already be defined. As for allowing 10-digit dialing, that is a VERY general statement... Depending on...

AACC 6.2-Not ready after log in

The log in/out report is just that, it reports when the agent enters and leaves the contact center system. There is another report that will give you total and average NRD time that you can use in the agent busy algorithms to determine agent work time... Hope that helps?

no dial tone after dialing TSC

Depending on the type of trunks you have, you're not getting answer/acknowledgement supervision, so you're not getting the speech path back to you. I'd have to dig deeper, but you may need to work with the carrier or far end, or tweak the RDB/Trunk data, or possibly the D-channel programming to...

7 Digit exension on 3rd party sip phones (spectralink 8441)

I believe it's a system limitation for DN length. You will probably need to open a ticket with Avaya and have them tell you it's design intent... then have them write a patch specific for your switch to allow more than 7 digits for that prompt.

    Max digits for CallPilot CDN

I'm working on a customer that wants to increase the user extensions to 10 digits, remove the 9 from AC1, make all users dial 10 digits and not have to use a 9 to have their external calls routed out of the system. I know how to build the BARS such that it will recognize the dialed digits and...

PRI to PRI Calls Fail - Intercept to Operator

Ok, so let me try to talk this through. The Fax server gets dial tone on the trunk to the PBX, then sends 9 +1 and the number. So I am using BARS to route the call to the LD trunks. But after the digits are sent, the call is intercepted and goes to the receptionist. I can see that by running a...

PRI to PRI Calls Fail - Intercept to Operator

I am working on connecting a faxing server to our CS1000 via a PRI T1 using NI2 d-channel. The T1 is up and connected and I can forward/send calls to the fax server through my incoming T1s, both local and LD (local DID and 800 #). However, I cannot get any calls from the fax server to get out...

Disabling digital line card in 6.0

If you want to test, build a phone against the card, disable the phone, and see if the red light comes on. If not, it's an issue where the card needs to be reseated anyway because it's not seeing the backplane correctly.

    Test phone for Digital TN's

If you do a search, there are ones that will say "Digital" or "digital compatible", but because of the different manufacturers of digital sets, it's impossible to have a test set correctly emulate all of them. I've not found one yet that will give me dial tone on every digital port. Some, it...

    Blocking an Inbound DID Call

We have a person calling our receptionist through our DID range. How would I go about blocking that person's ANI (routing to a busy, etc) if these calls are not going through our CCMS?

Trying to Copy ACD Phone - Not Working Out Too Well

As a general rule, most techs will tell you never copy an ACD phone. Always build them the long way. Some will tell you that you should never make a CHANGE to an ACD phone, they OUT them then rebuild them. However, it's your system. The POS is where it is asking for the phone POSITION number...

    Err008, CS1000E
