can you the check the permissions for "programfiles\nortel networks folder" ? . ensure that, the windows user who runs the RTD has full read/write permission on this folder and sub folders.
We have done upgrade recently for SECC 4.2&SCCS 5.0 -> CC 6 -> AACC 6.2 .It was smooth process.

We resolved the issue.
The issue was that CCTs in both sites were unknown to each other. The call attached data would be transferred only if CCT in site 1 is known to the CCT in Site 2 and vice versa.
This information is set in "IVR " option in CCT web admin tool.

Use the Ccmt tool coming with AACC SP4.
Use the migration option in the DB Maintenance tool in AACC.

Refering to the old thread, the error message appears after a CC 6.0 to AACC DB migrated system .This error create issues in Orchestration Designer too when refreshing.
