    OM Configurator?

I'm not sure if I should bump or create a new thread? After changing the subnet of our network, I changed the settings via the tool here, but we're having issues with getting our DECT handsets to twin. They aren't receiving any calls. I've set it up as such: OMM IP ADDRESS: 192.168.22.240...

    OM Configurator?

Thanks intrigrant. I did figure out how to use the tool. It seems like a very old-fashioned way of doing things. Also, the ADM_config file is indeed located in the installation-files, as tlpeter (and Pepp77) pointed out!

    OM Configurator?

There's no such folder in my installation, I'm afraid.

    OM Configurator?

Unfortunately there's no such thing, when I'm browsing to the base. That said, I did actually find a working mirror of "OM_configurator.jar" here: http://www.odicom.com.ua/download/detewe/opencom100/Release_8.06/061028_Rel_8/DeTeWe/ Now to see if I can figure out how it works :-) Thanks!

    OM Configurator?

Hey holdmusic34, thanks for replying! We only have one base station, which serves 5 users. The base station is indeed set up as an ADMM, which perhaps could explain why I cant change the IP settings on it? I think perhaps the important quote here is this "or set the data via OM Configurator...

    OM Configurator?

Hi, After doing a few networking changes, I need to change the IP address of our "IP Dect Mobility Manager" as well. It seems like I'm unable to do it at the web-interface, and the manual speaks of a tool called OM Configurator that is needed to perform the change. I am, however, unable to...

Where are Phone Manager logs saved?

Haha, oh wow. They are hidden. How embarrassing! Thank you!

Where are Phone Manager logs saved?

Hey, Does anyone know where the log-files from Phone Manager Lite are saved? I presume they are saved locally, but I've been unable to find them in either the Profile-folder or in the Program-folder. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks!

Show "twin phone" in Phone Manager

Sorry - PMP? Phone Manager Preferences? But yeah, they are two different extensions. I'd just hoped it was possible to have them both show up, since the extensions are twinned. Thanks!

Show "twin phone" in Phone Manager

Hello, We have four DECT (non-Avaya) phones which are twinned with our regular Avaya phones. Whenever a call is answered on the DECT-phone, the call is not logged in the phone manager. Is this working as intended or is there something I need to change? Thanks, Thomas

Thanks guys! I'll read through the documents!

Upgrading the firmware on our IP Office 500

Hello! We're currently running version 6.1(12) on our IP 500. We have a delightful mixture of Avaya 1608/1608-I, 4610SW and 5610SW phones strewn around our office. I'm considering upgradering the central to this (6.1(22)), since we have quite a few issues with our 1608-phones...

    Remove VPN-setup from 4610SW

Huh.. apparantly all I had to do was to threathen it and make a thread here. Now the "Disable" worked, for some reason.

    Remove VPN-setup from 4610SW

Hello! We recently purchased some second-hand 4610SW-phones. One of them, however, is VPN-enabled, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove it. I've followed most of the tips in this thread, but to no avail: http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1549947 No matter what I...

    IP Office statistics?

@hairlesssupportmonkey - In Denmark :) And fair enough. I'll let Xima run for the 14 days and then consider if it worth the investment.

    IP Office statistics?

Hrm, system status claims I need a newer version. Where can I get my hands on that? I can't find it on Avayas download-site.

    IP Office statistics?

Yeah, I just installed a 14-day trial of Xima - was a breeze! Do you know an approximate price? I did actually installed CCR earlier today, but I couldn't get it up and running.. and then I found out you needed licenses to use it.

    IP Office statistics?

Well, that's not what I wanted to hear :) But thanks for the quick response!

    IP Office statistics?

Hi, Is it in anyway possible to see some basic stats on IP Office? We're running type IP 500, version 8.1 (56). I'm not looking for in-depth statistics, but I'd like to see stuff like how many incoming calls in any given time periode. Is that possible, or is it really necessary to buy CCR...

    Alternatives to Avaya phones

Well of course. We're not gonna upgrade our network, if our phones are gonna hold back our PC's anyways. If there was a way to get cheap Avaya IP phones with gigabit, we would upgrade it. :)
