Since the Old ISP connection is still active I switched back to it and everything seems to work just fine now. Is there some check box that I am missing on my firewall?
We just changed over to a new ISP this past Friday and now sites that were not blocked before are now being blocked by our Sonicwall NSA 240. The only change that was made to the Sonicwall was the static IP address assigned to the WAN interface. And yes, I can access these sites if I bypass the...
I have a Sonicwall NSA 240 and I need a little help. Currently anyone who tries to open a RDP session from the outside is allowed. I want to limit that to only certain IP addresses. How would I go about doing this?
I am trying to use a VBscript to map printers for a group of computers. As of right now I am trying to run the script via GPO at start up but it is not working. I have even tried copying the script to the start up folder but it still does not run. I can manually run the script and it maps the...
We recently upgraded our internet bandwidth and our ISP needs me to change the IP address that we use on our ASA 5510. All I should have to do is change the IP settings on the interface using the ASDM and then change the Gateway IP in the Static Routes. Does this sound correct or am I missing...
I currently have two AD domains, Domain A and Domain B. There is a full trust setup between the two domains with Domain B holding the Schema master and Domain Naming master rolls. Domain B has very few users and I would like to get rid of it and migrate it to domain A. I have already moved the...

What seems to be giving me the biggest trouble is getting the switch to see my other vlans. We use a catalyst 6505 as our vlan router/VTP server. I am able to set the 3500 to a VTP client in the correct domain but when I issue the sh vlan command I am unable to see any of our existing vlans.

I am going to start studying for my CCNA and was wondering if any of you have used or recommend getting a kit from ciscokits.com. Also what study guides would you recommend?
I figured out how to add another global address list and filter it by OU. However, instead of just adding the contacts of that OU to the address list it adds all of the contacts we have in AD. Also, it does not recognize any groups that are within the OU.
We have hundreds of external e-mail addresses that we send to on a regular basis. I would like to add all of these addresses as contacts in Active Directory and then add them to a Global Address List. This way we could avoid each of our users having to maintain a large contact list on each of...
