We had a similar problem. We swapped the headset, handset, floorport and switchport but could not resolve the issue. The only thing that did not change was the PC that was plugged into the phone. Strangley the fault disappeared and we never got to the bottom of it.

We have had a similar issue on some of our sites. Tones are not passed to voicemail and messages are not recorded. The resolution was to add the networks on the Nupoint MSL in the same way you would for Teleworker.

For info I have tried the password recovery outlined in other posts and it works a treat. A colleague also told me that that there is an SDS account that is usually left at default. I have tried that and it also works a treat.
