Hi , sorry for the delay, I went to the customer premise only today. • I have tested 601 for ring and I'm getting a busy tone • 006 does not accept the change from 101 to 601 still no solution

basic stuff • The system reinitialised - done • DIL 1-1 in 450 - destination 601 - done • ICD extn grouping in 620 - done Result no change, still only extn 101 ringing while the other extention have a red light. I'm pulling my hair out thanks for your help
