Does anyone know how to disable the option when a user sets up a new mailbox to be able to enter their cell phone number and have calls forward to them by pressing "2 the C key"?
Ended up using a different login and it worked fine. I wasn't even able to download software off the Mitel website, just getting a white screen (pop does open though). Wierd one.
When I am logging into any 3300 (I have 3) and choose the System Administration Tool (or Group Admin) i get the screen pop for the menu but it just comes up blank. I am logging in via RDP to a Terminal Server, when I did it from my laptop onsite it worked fine. I have cleared the cache.

I am working on a sv8300. I know we need to upload a file to the individual phones, but I dont' know the specs for the file. I assume it is uploaded via ftp.
I see lots of old threads, but is there any new info related to getting a file on a IPT phone to liberate us of the icecream music(moh) agony?

I have a couple 2033's on a BCM50, when users put the call on mute the lights do not flash red to indicate the status (user guide infers it should).
The display does show the call is muted.
Any settings I can change to make it so?
We have moved beyond the 40 mailboxes and have a new call pilot 150. The when I added it it works fine, but when i try to migrate my mailboxes, everytime I log in using F981 I get "EXIT" on the display.
I installed an Oaisys Tracer (http://www.oaisys.com)yesterday, it records straight off the PRI, really easy to install, and the tech support did all the set-up for me. Awesome capabilites.
I am using a BCM 50, and I have a busy user that would like to "Stack" calls directly from AA. I think ACD would be a little over the top. Can I have the voicemail camp-on calls automatically, or any other feature that may work?
I have a Medatrix 4102(V5.0.25) (analog sip) running on MCD 4 via MBG (V5.2.6). I have an additional multi-call programmed on key 2 (a different DN).

I have a 5340 phone that has stopped allowing me to use call forwarding profiles. When I try to load a profile it give me a failure message. I can forward the phone manually to the profile phone numbers.
I have changed the physical phone.
I have an overseas YA user that is complaining that if he tries to use YA while he has his Logitech webcam plugged in he gets the old "blue screen of death". Any Idea's?
