I have created a number of activity codes in CCMA
But when I run any the activity report code reports they are empty but I see then in the not ready reason report
Any suggestions as to where I am going wrong

We are now planning a new process which does involve agents calling users back to get input.

I have most agents in 2 partitions
One for their area and then a seperate one for the whole call center
That is so if some one requests access to report on just an area or on the whole call center I can give them access to either partition

I have recently noticed that some agents are not showing up on the Real time displays for my Web Client version 4.5. When i check the real display in symposium its self I can see the agents. They are all in the correct partition.

I am looking to route a call to an external number
What I want to do is if an internal CDN is called it is routed to an external number through the script
I was going to use the "route call" command but any better options would be nice
When i enter 003# the number is cleared but it still has
enter activity code on the screen
The button does stop flashing
So # seams to clear the number from the screen
