The converter is part of the Altigen server software install. Should be under c:\atliserv\exe named VoxConvertor. Not sure if it was around in 3.5Am that's very old :)

This sounds like it could be an incorrect NAT support configuration. I would first check your setup in Enterprise Manager and if that looks good make sure your firewalls do not have any SIP NAT support enabled. The AltiGen server wants to handle the SIP NAT and some firewalls have this feature...

I believe this would require reinstalling Altiware to default the password.
I would recommend that this be performed by your AltiGen dealer as it requires manual backup / restore of configuration files as well as access to the dealer site to download unsupported installation files...

What carrier do you use for your SIP trunks? I assume the number you are trying to transmit is a number that you own? The transmit caller ID feature is very popular but I am finding more and more carriers are overriding this to prevent caller ID spoofing.

What version of Altiware and IP phone firmware are you running? You can find this information in the administrator program by clicking the ? for AltiWare version and the IP phone firmware version can be found under the IP phone...
