We have a server running AIX 6. Problem is, Windows PCs cannot connect to it. It seems that the server is not allowing remote connections from Windows PCs. Is there any way to enable that?

I found out today that it is not a NIM client to the master server. Is it best practice to set it up as one and to then do what you suggested, as i just ran into some other problems when i attempted that. My point is, should i explore that as an option rather than something else?

I think it's fixed now. In .dtprofile, the line DTSOURCEPROFILE=true was commented out. I uncommented the line, logged out and logged in again and now it is working. Thank you for all your help.
