Yes DFK it is a 200i (ntrh14aa) All of our customers use the 201i or better. We are a Authorized Dealer but we would never have had a need for it in the past.

DND only shuts off all audible signal execpt 1(the beep when a caller goes into your vm) on the t series sets it still flashes so you may have time to see the caller id..

Nortel has supported analog agents on every bcm/norstar they have a user card/guide in all documentation

I read that.. we had a customer that upgraded from 400 and they needed that. The main problem is that calls placed to that analog agent makes the 450 crash, all sets freeze and all the pri's go down...

Hi All, on the BCM 50 3.0 and the 450 it is under the Admin Applications, BCM Logs Software/Download screen. Read the documentation. it tells you how to download the logs. Some can be opened with "notebook" but all the documents to do this is in "BCM Admin guide" there is a "log viewer"...jk...
