Outside calls to specific extension are being routed to receptionist, CUCM v.6.1.5
I'm very new when it comes to CUCM, and the CUCM at my new job is very dated (trying to go hosted in the near future with our ISP). We're running CUCM v.6.1.5.. I was asked to setup an extension that would ring the desk phones of multiple people. I assigned them extension, lets say, "1234."...- MartyTerrebonne
