Hi guys,
as our reseller is a bit shitty (read, selling more and expensive then it should or even don't know how..), I would like to get a bit feedback from you.
Our problem in a nutshell is quite simple. Because of the coronavirus, we're evaluating home office. Right now we have digital...
Hi guys,
sometimes I wish we still could use ISDN lines ... SIP starts to drive me insane :3
On to my problem - It might be a small problem / brain fart, but I just can't wrap my head around it.
Out IP Office 500v2 (10.1) has one SIP Line with 6 channels. We now moved multiple numbers and...
Hi guys!
After more then a week of trying, testing and whatnot and some calls with our provider and our support company for the IPO I'm out of ideas and a bit burnt out about that topic...
Don't worry, it's not a ISDN > SIP migration problem, it's a bit after that.
We run an IPO 500v2 and...
Ok guys, thanks for all the answers!
I did everything right, the only problem was the Routing...
The server was in two networks with different IP addresses and the manager connected rightly to the IPO.
BUT when I hit "update" it tried to make a connection for the file upload over the other IP...
Yeah. I open the manager > upgrade > UpgradeWizard Windows opens > Checkbox for all parts hit Upgrade and it says "failure" after a check and a msg box "Couldn't upload data ..."
But I didn't see the "Überprüfen" checkbox ("check data" in english) ... could it be that?
Note: In the screenshot...
[EDIT] BrainAFK - it's an IPOffice 500v2 :)
Hiya!
I already asked Google, but all downgrades are for R8 to R7 or something like that with license changes etc.
I just need a simple downgrade from 9.0.12 to 9.0.5, because we have an error with our SIP Trunk (registers 5+ times at the provider...
Hi guys!
It works! Here's what I did:
Function Code:
40, dial, 40 > Line 12 (the S0 Port, so didn't change anything here)
Line Setup:
S0-Bus, Line 12
Function Code:
? / Faxdial / . / 100 (SIP Trunk)
I'm still playing around a bit, till I get used to the new stuff. Will post any changes /...
That's the main problem - I don't know HOW I can get the ISDN S0 to dial out over SIP. Right now the converter is patched between the fax modem an the BRI. I didn't create a User or Phone for it. Simply added a function code (40, call, 40, Line 12 (the ISDN BRI)) so I could route the incoming...
Hi guys!
Tomorrow we change our phone line from ISDN to SIP. After some help from here, the SIP Trunk itself works fine and we can already call out. No problems so far...
But I missed something really important - our FAX...
Not the analogue faxes, those should work fine with SIP and I already...
Thanks for the answers - the DHCP part was right. After I disabled DHCP and did a manual setup, everything worked.
So no I have one SIP Trunk over the usual internet gateway (port mapping to 5060, but only for the sip network in firewall) and at the wan port I have the new trunk with the...
Hi guys,
I got a bit of a unique question and hope you can help me with that.
Our ISDN got canceled and we will change to a SIP Trunk soon. Right now we already use a SIP Trunk for one of our branch offices with some numbers.
The Provider for our new SIP Trunk also provides a new DSL Line...
The problem is not the outgoing call - that works and the location settings are made and/or the programm can also give the additional number.
The phones itself (1416/1616) can't match the caller if I disable the incoming, additional zero from the ip office (added under line config, 00 instead of...
Hi guys,
I hope someone here has an idea how to do this, otherwise I'll have to reconfig the whole system :/
We've got an IP Office 500 v2 with 1416 digital phones and 1616 voip ones. For dialing out, you have to call 0 + desired number.
Means, if you want to dial 01234 / 12345678-5 you had to...
