Is there a way to restrict a mailbox so that it can only receive voice mails from internal people? I looked at the community id's but I don't see where you can assign one to external callers. Is there another way? MM 5.2, MAS & MSS

Anyone out there running H.323 and SIP 96xx phones? I can get the phones to convert to SIP but can't get them to go back to H.323. How do you write the 96xxupgrade.txt file so it goes to either one based on the SIG value?
My systems guys are upgrading our citrix servers to windows 2008. I gave them the ip agent v7.1.223 for citrix installer but when they try to install it it comes up with an error saying it only works on 2000/XP. Is ip agent not supported anymore? Has anyone else had to deal with this?
I'm trying to get software update manager to upgrade all of our media gateways. I have a G350 in a lab that I'm trying to get to update (so restarting etc isn't a problem) and I haven't been successful. It keeps giving me an error saying internal SP error and I have no idea what that means...
Everywhere I look I keep seeing references to S3500 or S8730 for MM. Can someone tell me the difference and why you would want one type of server over the other, etc. Thanks.
We aren't having any problems, my marketing people were wanting to get a good idea of how many people the MOH could be reaching. We change it every month and they want to know if their ads in the MOH are having any impact on our customers.
