When you choose option 1 it immediately rings busy although it is not every call. When it does ring busy you can see the status say park slot ENGAGED.

I have a site where if calling the main number and choosing option 1 of the auto attendant it rings busy and shows park slot engaged in system status. I have never encountered this before. Any information would be very much appreciated. This is random and not every call.
I have made sure call waiting is off and I have also removed call appearances leaving only one. If they are actively on a call a second call will still alert them.
