Crystal Report Taking A Long Time To Generate Report

I now have the issue resolved. The source was two work tables that had quite a few rows built up after 7 years of use. Upon clearing out the work tables, the print invoice process is now quite swift. So in the end, this was a mas500 maintenance issue, and had nothing to do with CR.

Crystal Report Taking A Long Time To Generate Report

It does not seem as though anything from the record selection formula is being passed to the query. The query itself returns a result set, roughly 3800 rows, which I find odd because I would think that means CR is then searching for the appropriate row based on a parameter originating from...

Crystal Report Taking A Long Time To Generate Report

We are using Crystal Report for Best to generate invoices out of Mas500 v6.3. The report is taking a long time to generate, so I began running SQL traces to see where the bottleneck might be. The query that does the bulk of the work has a duration of ~26 seconds when I trace the process when...

Phaser 7760 Envelopes Jam Tray 1

The arm on the fuser exit switch broke off at some point. A replacement should resolve the issue. I would also like to point out that media from any tray was jamming in the fuser. Part #116-1543-00

Phaser 7760 Envelopes Jam Tray 1

I have a Phaser 7760 that printed ~400 envelops through tray 1, but now jams in the fuser every time I try to print another envelope. I pulled the fuser and let everything cool overnight, but the printer is still jamming. It seems like it is not able to pull the envelope in a straight path...

Phaser 7760 Cyan Faded On ~1/2 Of The Page

Thanks for the suggestions. The printer is currently plugged directly into a wall outlet, so a surge protector does not come into play here. I am stuck on how consistent the faded area appears on prints. It is like someone put a screen over half of the paper so that only half the toner could...

Phaser 7760 Cyan Faded On ~1/2 Of The Page

Does anyone else care to inform me what the H/V is?

Phaser 7760 Cyan Faded On ~1/2 Of The Page

Thanks for the response. When you say H/V, you mean what exactly? Sorry, I am not terribly well versed in printer terminology. Everything seems to be seated correctly, and the OCP roller is rotating.

Phaser 7760 Cyan Faded On ~1/2 Of The Page

We have a Xerox Phaser 7760 that prints cyan so that it is faded on one half of a letter size page. I have replaced the cyan imaging unit with no avail. I have also swapped the fuser out with no success. When I print a solid fill test, the cyan is faded on half the page, but magenta, yellow...

    Phaser 8500 Cyan Not Printing

So does that mean the printer is ruined essentially, or is there a possibility of the color issue going away if I start using Xerox ink?

    Phaser 8500 Cyan Not Printing

We have a Phaser 8500 that is giving users an unexpected output due to the color being off. Everything has an earthy tone to it, and after comparing a cmyk sample page from the 8500 vs. a Phaser 8200 that we also have, it appears cyan is not present. Instead of blue, it appears to be gray-ish...
