    Found the problem... The form page had the <META> tag: <META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1255"> However, the processing page (with code as shown in my original posting) did not. I simply added the <META> tag to the above code, and voilá! Thanks anyway.
