Hello I have a 3300 with nupoint vmail 19.1.1.4.01 and we have an Exchange 2013 email server.
Voicemail to email works for most of the users, but for a few it does not.
I have tried deleting and re-creating the voice mailbox, and my Exchange engineer has revoked and then re-applied the...
I have to add that the static and poor audio is intermittent. The user will have several days of poor audio, but then have several days of good conditions...
We have a 3300 rel 8 sp3
MBG is 10.1
phone set is 5340e and 5330e
One of my teleworker users gets static and poor quality on phone calls, so bad that call quality degenerates and they can't hear each other.
I assumed they have a poor connection in their home, but they say they have another...
We finally got this to work - I don't know all the details because I am not the exchange guy in my company. But I know he did not implement the recommended throttling settings. The last thing we changed before it started to work was to make sure the LDAP settings were correct.
We have a Mitel 3300 with nupoint build 19.1.1.4.01
We had it configured to send voicemail to email.
We upgraded the Exchange server from 2007 to 2013.
We changed the ip address and port to match the new server but the voicemails don't go to email like they should.
Any details we might have...
One of my users has a complaint that the volume on her 5330e phone is too low. So she increases it, but the next time someone phones her, the volume has gone back down. Is there setting for default phone volume, or does she just have a wonky phone?

I have a Polycom 8000HDX.
About every 5 minutes, there is a connection attempt that briefly shows up on the screen
It says 'IP SIP.1005@x.x.x.x'
where x.x.x.x is it's own IP address.
It's like it is attempting to connect to itself.
It is annoying the users. How can I fix this?
Thanks
One of our partners is unable to send us email messages. When their message arrives I see is SMTP Server: Error storing received message in the Domino log
Our Domino is at v 8.5.1 FP2
The NDR says: #5.0.0 smtp; 554 Error writing message to safe storage; message could not be stored to disk...
Thanks for the comments, but it turns out that there is a hardware issue with the new firewall.
So right now the old firewall is back in place, all phones are working fine, and we are waiting for parts to arrive....
My firewall guy made some changes to firewall settings and put the new firewall back in place. He tested the phones that had given us one-way audio and they worked okay.
However, since then, we have discovered 2 LAN phones that get one-way audio on outside calls, and one teleworker phone that...
I've restored default settings on the phones but it didn't work.
This behaviour started when we installed a new firewall, so we put the old firewall back. All the phones are working fine now. The firewall guy and I are both going on vacation and don't want to leave this issue still affecting...
Update - I now have 3 phones that get one-way audio when you call outside numbers.
I did a MBG trace and looked at the output with wireshark, but I don't see anything suspicious. I am not very experienced with wireshark, but at least I did not see any error messages in the trace.
