SV8300 w/UCB voicemail to email issue/question
I have a customer with an SV8300 and UCB being used for voicemail. Problem is often voicemail to email stops working. In order to correct this we have to reboot the UCB server, and sometimes even that doesn't work and would require multiple reboots. They aren't using Exchange integration, just...- Rob Jordan

Inter-tel Axxess AA Recording converter application / Rhetorix Converter Download
I have a customer with an Inter-tel Axxess VPU wanting to save a bunch of voicemails and rhetorix AA recordings, but there are in the rhetorix codec. I used to have the converter, but can't find it anymore. Anyone have the rhetorix converter application by chance still? I'm unable to locate it...- Rob Jordan
