    Guestroom Off Hook Alerting in Mitel 3300

    Customer reports a lot of calls coming to the front desk as a result of guestroom phones being off hook. They then have to go into the various rooms and hang them back up. I checked the guestroom COS in the 3300, but didn't see anything promising. Any quick thoughts?? Thanks
