    DSP ports not answering

Thanks for the reply. 1. We use VNC to access this server, (wondering if disabling RDP?) 2. Problem started on SU07 3. Patched to SU09 problem continues Avaya CallPilot engineer wants us to reallocate DSP resources. Doing that Sunday morning so I'll see. Again thanks for the response

    DSP ports not answering

Did you ever get this resolved. I am having a similar issue with ports setup as IVR. Was working fine for 6 months then after a reboot getting the same "Failed to answer the call. rc=57205, TAPI or CTMS rc=-2147483576, # attempt 6". Patched to latest and reinstalled language prompts.

    CallPilot Caller ID

I have a problem that I haven't seen before. Site is CS1000M/MG Rls 5.5. CallPilot is version 5. Multiple PRI from LEC. A Verizon Wireless cell phone forwards to a DID that ends up in CallPilot Mailbox. Apparently Verizon Wireless is sending the cell phones ANI as the Calling Party Number. We...

    Callpilot Desktop Client

I have a customer that uses desktop client. Until recently multiple users on one PC shared a common profile. Policy change has dictated that each user must signon with their own user ID. Now when a new user signs on and opens their Outlook I don't get the Callpilot login unless I run repair or...

QSIG Tie Hunt Group Name Display

I don't know if you resolved this but I read a note somewhere concerning this. Try changing "Send Called/Busy/Connected Number: y" to n. Just a thought.

The LEC is working on that angle but they are using an AudioCodes gateway that they say won't handle groung start.

    Loop start disconnect supervision

I have a Option 51 running Rls 21. Customer changed LEC and they are supplying loop start off of an AudioCodes gateway. I know that ground start trunks are the supported type and I found two knowledge base articles that show loop start are not suppported for disconnect supervision. The trunks...

    CDR Output

I have an Option 11 that I have "front ended" with another switch. I have a trunk route that is two T1's connecting the two switches. The option 11 has analog trunks in another route that all outbound traffic is routed on. When a station on the 11 dials an extension in the other switch it is...

    Internal Rollover - Defining Them

In this case, using another dn on key 1, the "roll" of the call is controled by "LHK" (last hunt key) in conjunction with "HUNT". If hunt is a valid DN (and CLS=HTA) then a call will roll to the next key up until it hits the "LHK". If LHK is 0 then it doesn't hunt up any keys and hunts to the...

    call forward problem

You're implying that this did work before, is that correct? From the same station? Were any changes made to toll restrictions, NCOS, etc. on that phone since the problem started? Any trunk to trunk restrictions added? I'm not sure how you are making outside calls without dialing '9' or another...
