tlpeter, voicemail went down on its own, logged into the web interface and showed red alarm on vm pro - service showed stopped. Started service and everything started working again. Trying to sort through debug viewer in web interface is not ideal. Was hoping to export logs to notepad to use...

I suspect in my configuration 3K1 is supported as calls are completing 98% of the time without issue. It sounds like from your description calls wouldn't be completing at all or I would receive some sort of cause code if it wasn't supported.

System was recognizing the last call that occurred on the system was 6 hours ago and that we should connect a line to the IPO and test for dialtone...or something like that. It repeated about every 30 minutes until a call is placed and then would come back if hours...
I think I figured it out. In IPO System Status, if you look at your trunk for a PRI there are 4 tabs. One of them is called line testing.
This probably was because I had CSU Operation checked on the PRI config.
Once I unchecked CSU operation and rebooted. The line Testing tab in SSA went...
System works fine, it's jsut reporting that when there is no activity after a certain amount of hours it is letting us know to check for dial tone or soemthign. I will see if I can get the exact message. They are using a PRI. All CO ports are put out of service.
Definitely not....Maybe in about 5 hours...lol The IPO is installed in a conference room and is annoying the customer...never heard this before until now... If they make a call it just resets the timers and doesnot say anything. Seems like at 6 hours of no activity it starts talking...
Has anyone ever heard an IP Office talk? It is talking about the lack of call traffic on the system and that the last activity was X hours ago...etc. I'd like to know if there is a way to turn this message off.

Thats an amplifier. This is a piece of equipment that sits between the IPO and the Amp. You can set it to do a CO or Analog station integration with the IP Office.
