Custom feature labels on Avaya one-X
I'm really baffled by this because I can't see user created button labels on my end (except in the text file backup), but the softphone is pulling the data from somewhere... I was working with a user today who's Avaya one-X Communicator buttons weren't loading as expected. We typically advise people that their custom button labels will NOT transfer from deskphone (9600) to the one-X softphone. This person pointed out that their button labels DID work.
